Att. Göksun Gökçe Göndermez

Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2007 and from Istanbul Bilgi University Private Law Graduate Program in 2011.

Gave lectures on Pharmacy Legislation at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University between 2014-2018. Carried out many educational activities in Istanbul, Antalya, Bursa, Muğla and Samsun on the same subject.

She has been working as a freelance lawyer since 2014. Her main fields of work are labor law, health law, legal and criminal responsibilities of healthcare professionals, medicine reimbursement conditions, Social Security Institution contracts of pharmacies, succession cases, and acting contracts.

Att. Elif Petek Özlü

She is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and one of the lawyers of the Istanbul Bar Association.

Worked in various law offices until 2017 and provided legal consultancy and litigation services to many domestic and foreign corporate clients. She worked as an assistant lecturer for two academic years within the scope of Cyber Law course given in Boğaziçi University Management Information Systems Department.

The main working areas of Elif Petek Özlü are; IT law, e-commerce, copyright, trademark, unfair competition, protection of personal data, company law and contract law.

Att. Demet Yildirim

She graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Law in 2004. She continues her education at Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Master’s Program.

She started her career by working in various law offices, and in 2009 she switched to self-employment. She still provides legal consultancy to various non-governmental organizations. Her main areas of work are associations law, non-governmental organizations, children’s rights, family law and labor law.

Av. Özlem Kısa

She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2005. She continues his professional activity as a freelance lawyer in Istanbul.

She has undertaken intensive duties in the protection of intellectual property rights of software companies operating around the world in Turkey. She is one of the first practitioners of many new concepts that have entered the legal world in the information age, such as the right to be forgotten on the Internet.

Her main areas of work are software licenses, intellectual property, trademark and copyright law, protection of personal data, and crimes of violation of privacy by means of information systems.
